We are a roast-to-order company and have been providing fresh roasted gourmet coffee since 1993, including single-origin coffees, custom blends, and over 80 flavored coffees! My husband and I fell in love with the Kona Creme thanks to a friend that brought some to me as a "thank you gift." This coffee is not bitter and extremely smooth. I drank Starbucks the other day and was disappointed because Raphael's is that much better! Great product!
