Borderline impossible to get a hold of them I set on hold for 10 plus minutes then hang up was supposed to receive a call back about becoming a patient I’m starting to think they just don’t want new patients 🤷🏻♀ I’ve been off my meds for over a week because they haven’t contacted me back about getting me in loved them in the past but mental health should be treated with some form of urgency

I accompanied my mother to her appointment. She had 2 appointments on the same day. First appointment scheduled was with Rapha Center because her antidepressants had severe symptoms so she couldn't take it. My mother's doctor in Unity Medical Plaza scheduled her on the same day. We went to her medical doctor at the plaza. Appointment went fine. We went in to the Rapha Center for her appointment.
