I accompanied my mother to her appointment. She had 2 appointments on the same day. First appointment scheduled was with Rapha Center because her antidepressants had severe symptoms so she couldn't take it. My mother's doctor in Unity Medical Plaza scheduled her on the same day. We went to her medical doctor at the plaza. Appointment went fine. We went in to the Rapha Center for her appointment. Very Rude! My appt with Nicole was very unsettling. No compassion! where as she told me she saw no reason to see me. My 1st visit i was a few minutes late and she made me reschedule. When I called to cancel my session she hung up in me!
