RecommendedRapco is just as helpful now as 20 years ago. The door switch on my dryer died. They had the part, and were able to tell my hubby how to get to it in this dryer (no YouTube for it). Thank you!!
Rapco has always been a great help to us. Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Recently we needed to get a part for our dryer. I was able to pay over the phone, and pick my part up in an outdoor lock box. Wonderful. Being high risk I appreciate no contact shopping!

Owners are extremely nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable and try to give the best advice possible when troubleshooting. And one other positive thing is that the prices are very fair on Factory OEM parts.
In a last ditch effort on my way to buy a new dryer, stopped in Rapco (cuz that's what my family has done for decades!). They asked me a few questions, explained the problem, sold me a $20 part AND detailed installation directions and voila!!!!! My good ol Whirlpool is back up and running!!!!

Rapco is a great, local appliance repair and parts store. My dryer sounded like it had a baseball rolling around in it. The owner helped me figure out what parts I needed, and even gave me some advice on how to make the repair. Super helpful, and now my dryer sounds brand new!
Rapco did a great job of repairing my dryer quickly and at a fair price. They also looked at my washing machine and advised that I do not make a repair as the timer module needed was almost as expensive to replace as purchasing a new washer on sale. They recommended a few makes and models that come up for sale often and have a direct-drive setup that tend to need repair less often and are less expensive to repair.
