I have been renting from Mike Rapanos for a long time. He is a great landlord. Always responsive when I call or text and always coming to fix something when needed! He has been great and I always recommend renting from him when someone is looking. I can’t say enough nice things about Mike. If you can rent from him, do it!
I have rented from Dave for the last 17 years. I love the townhouse I live in and the location is awesome. I haven't had many issues, but when I do, Dave or his office staff are always quick to reply. Only downfall is wishing the tenant selection was a little more extensive - having lived here for so long dealing with rude and inconsiderate neighbors gets old. Overall, 5 stars for sure!
Rapanos has made the whole renting experience much better than anywhere else! From the application process to moving in even requesting fast easy maintenance when you need it! They really make everything fast and easy which is much appreciated so glad I found them…. Thank you Rapanos!!!
Each building home, and apartment is managed by a different brother of the Rapanos family. My apartment complex is managed by Dave. He's very responsive to issues. He has come to my rescue multiple times when I've locked myself out. Office staff Anita and Dawn are always friendly and ready to answer questions. Its a good company to rent from, especially if you're a first time renter.
