Disgusting... Trying to cancel my contract but the manager does not even answer my emails. She knows that as a lessee I am entitled to early cancellation due to the fact that they are not fulfilling their obligations in terms of the lease agreement, resulting in a material breach of the lease. The buildings are in DEPLORABLE conditions: extremely filthy... Stairs have not been washed in years and have grease and food spots all over ! Deplorable conditions I have been trying to get an appointment with the manager, Myriam Medina, for over 3 months. She knows that I am entitled to early cancellation of a lease agreement because they are not fulfilling their obligations in terms of the lease agreement, resulting in a material breach of the lease. They give residents a remote control for a gate that has been broken for over one year. The buildings are filthy. Stairs have garbage, old food and stains all over. I do NOT recommend living here. After I moved out, they told me my apartment looked clean. I even rented a carpet cleaner and the property manager SAW ME cleaning the carpet and commented on it. She said it looks great, but she did have to let me know that there would be a carpet evaluation and typically it's just a $75 cleaning fee. Today I got a call letting me know I need a carpet REPLACEMENT due to heavy wear and PET DAMAGE. I don't own a pet -- I have severe allergies and allergy-induced asthma. First at all, don't worry about gates not working because they are open the entire day Please no more than 1 car for household, because there's no parking space. A lot of junk cars parked taking space with outdated tag in the same spot. No TV, don't worry play who's the neighbor talking and listen in. It can be sex too. I love when my neighbor smoke in the hall. My house already smell like a bar. Manager won't bother no one, she's invisible and unfriendly, won't participate on any community event.
