Called as we saw a car we really wanted and they had left for the day so we came the next day and kept calling having conversations stating we were wanting to buy the car 100% and were on our way knowing we had to travel to get there and sells the car in front of us to someone else and was very rude about the situation! To the point we told other sales companies at car city and they agreed very harsh and rude.
Rick was absolutely amazing when I bought my car. He was upfront and honest about any issues with the vehicle. His price was very fair, and after negotiations were complete and the contract signed, he went above and beyond and had the car serviced, put a new battery in and even some fuel, all at no extra cost. His after sales support has been second to none, and he has done everything possible to make sure I am happy and have a good and safe vehicle. I cannot recommend Rick highly enough, thank you!
