Never available, phone lines are down almost all winter, all you get hold is the answering service, and when you ask for a call back it's within 48 hours. when you get an appointment it's with the nurse practitioner, the one time we met he walked out without saying a word, had to ask the nurse if we are done. Requesting the wrong lab work, and when the results are in the patient have to remind them to review. Instead of giving a medical advice and investigate the illness he jump to conclusions.
