I had an issue with this establishment years ago and I never did business with them again. Shocker- I received a delivery that was a gift from a friend on a Thursday morning, just before 830a they rang my doorbell. That’s my first issue. Why are you delivering something that early and expecting someone to be home?? Second issue is one of the lilys was missing a few petals and another stem was bent and broken, hanging off, upon arrival. Great product but absolutely terrible customer service. I had an issue with my order and they all but barked at me. This seems like a reoccurrence for this shop.
Was disappointed in the service I received from this florist. I live in NC and a dear friend passed away in NY. I wanted to send a plant bouquet instead of flowers. I reached out to Rao’s because they happened to be in my old neighborhood. What I was told I’d get was not what I got. I asked for 2 butterflies to be added, a couple of pretty flowers and a card with my condolences to the family along with 8 plants in the bouquet. I received these today! My entire downstairs smells amazing!!! These flowers exceeded my husbands expectations and the picture from the website of FTD!! They are gorgeous, thank you so much!
