They schedule way to many appointments at the same time. Plan on waiting at least and hour and a half for your after your scheduled appointment time to see anyone. I have never had to wait as long at the dr as I have going here. I am definitely looking for another Dr for my daughter, even if I have to drive awhile. It’s worth not wasting a whole day waiting to see the dr.
Dr Rao is a good dr in general. Depending on her schedule (or mood), she will either be kind & patient or she will be in a hurry (example....demand to exam the child when the parent knows he/she is not done vomiting). They are vaccine pushers (have to get that bonus), you have to do your own research & demand vaccine inserts). I love her as a person, but after 15 years of going to this office, we left. The woman, Kris, that you see upon checkout, is the rudest, most unfriendly person ever.
Awesome pediatric doctor! Highly recommend to anyone with children!!!
She has been my children's doctor since they were toddlers. They are now 23 and 20 and still go to her for more complicated medical issues. I still get her advice even after they see other doctors. She has earned my complete trust as a doctor and a friend.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience.
