During a psychiatric intake, Dr. Rao misused confidential information to demean and belittle the major source of stress in my life, literally calling me "gullible" for believing my partner of over six years to tell me accurate information about her medical history and current medical condition that is almost certainly going to prevent us from starting a family. This unprofessional conduct exacerbated the very same issues I was seeking treatment for, which she should have known.
