After the first colonoscopy with Dr Rao my son was diagnosed with lactose, sucrose and maltose intolerance at which he was told he would have forever. He had to change his whole diet. He was also diagnosed with SIBO. After years of many visits, treatments and more testing his symptoms were not resolved. I had been going to this clinic for approximately two years. There was one test they ordered and I completed it locally as it was swallowing a pill and getting an X-ray the next day which I did and they were obviously aware of what I was doing. On my last visit, they recommended I have it done (again). Problem is they never followed up so results never showed up on their system. If you leave a message for a call back from a nurse, you may never hear from them. I have called the front desk and was placed on hold for 50 minute... read more

Horrible bedside manner. Not a team player whatsoever. Very disrespectful toward women including the women doctors who were caring for me. Blatantly broke HIPAA as well. Super self centered
