My house mate and I are retired and in our elder years. Ron and his crew have been at my house fir the last 2 days. They are hard workers and you can tell they have integrity. Our last roofer was a relative of a friend. Let's just say you get what you pay for. The communication with Ron has been great. You can tell that they are proud of their work and want you to be satisfied. They replaced several boards on our roof and probably did more work than they needed to. They didn't have to replace the boards. Recently had our large garage roof that was failing replaced by RAO roofing. We had some damaged wood and Ron diagnosed the cause correctly.(I had had a different opinion) The crew were great to have around as they were very professional and ready any to answer any question this old roofer (41 yrs) had! Clean-up was excellent and I would recommend RAO to anyone needing a new roof or repair. House will need a roof in the future and RAO will be my go-to!
We can't express enough how happy we are with our new roof. Ron and his team did an amazing job and had it done earlier than expected. Ron's communication throughout the project leaves you knowing that with RAO, they don't see you as just another customer, you're family.
Ron replaced the aging roof on our church in Newaygo, Trinity Fellowship. He and his crew were professional from day one. Ron communicated very well throughout the whole process, was timely, helped us assess a few other items that also need attention on the building, was very thorough, and installed a great looking roof.
