Recently had our large garage roof that was failing replaced by RAO roofing. We had some damaged wood and Ron diagnosed the cause correctly.(I had had a different opinion) The crew were great to have around as they were very professional and ready any to answer any question this old roofer (41 yrs) had! Clean-up was excellent and I would recommend RAO to anyone needing a new roof or repair. House will need a roof in the future and RAO will be my go-to!
We had RAO Roofing come in and re-roof our double wide home and we couldn't be more pleased. Ron had great suggestions and listened to us about what we wanted for a final product. He was even eager to learn about the lightning protection that we were having installed and accommodated that process. We are just blue collar folks looking for a great product at a fair price and RAO Roofing really delivered.
We used RAO for replacing our church’s roof. I found it hard to believe that there were no negative online reviews but after using them I completely understand all the positive reviews. Ron was extremely communicative through every phase. He addressed potential concerns for the project that other contractors did not diagnose. His concerns turned out to be correct. Super experience with RAO Roofing! Ron responded to our quote inquiry right away - came over and explained al that would be done and options available. When job was scheduled the crew arrived on time and went right to work - job completed in a few days! Each day they cleaned up everything before leaving and were very careful of the landscape. We LOVE our new roof! Thanks all of you for making it a good experience!!
Ron and his crew did an awesome job on our roof. You can tell they know what they are doing and take a lot of pride in their work. Ron's communication was great and I was aware of everything going on throughout the project. My roof looks great and I can sleep well knowing it was done right. I would highly recommend RAO roofing.
