If possible, I would give them zero points. The reception is consistently rude, and they frequently miss appointment times, with delays averaging 30 minutes to an hour. They seem indifferent to their patients' needs. Overall, it's a very poor experience.
Don’t go here! They never answer the phone the girl at the front is lazy and has smelly breath! I saw them for my new born and they wanted to give me an appointment more than a month away after they decided to do an ultrasound I asked my primary to redirect my referral to Loma Linda and I need my sons paperwork forwarded to Loma Linda from here but can’t get ahold of them the phones always go straight to voicemail, I let my insurance know and they filed a grievance for negligence and misconduct to a new born.
Went once with my son for cardiology appt. ... Will not take him back. Front desk was very nice. Didn't like the mannerisms of the Dr.
