I CALLED FROM ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD TWICE WITHOUT BEING ASK WHEN I JUST NEEDED THEIR FAX NUMBER. I WAITED OVER 10 MIN ON THE PHONE FOR SOMETHING THAT TOOK ONLY 10 SECONDS. I DONT THINK ITS PROFESSIONAL TO PICK UP THE PHONE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE WITH A VERY DULL ATTITUDE AND TELL YOUR COSTUMER "PLEASE HOLD" WITHOUT GIVING THEM AN OPTION.
