Wish I had not gone 1 of 5 stars Oct 14, 2012 by anonymous I recently went to Dr. Rao's office for the first time, and I was very disappointed. They have no second line where you can leave a voicemail, so you have to keep calling back until there is no busy signal. When I finally got someone on the phone she was quite rude. I will say that the woman at the window was extremely nice though. I had a very long wait in a waiting room that assaulted me with the scent of urine. It made me not want to even sit down.
