As always exceptional.... The Allergy person, Alyssa who is new since my last allergy Testing IS exceptional. I was dreading the testing, needles, shots... but didn't feel a thing! I wasn't even itchy or sore afterwards. She was so gentle, kind, and polite. Yay!
Dr. Rao and his team were very nice and thorough. They listened to my issues and concerns and came up with a treatment plan. The office staff were pleasant and kind.
Dr. Rao is outstanding, kind, personable, listens, truly cares, and I am blessed to have such a well respected wonderful doctor!
Dr Rao is so patient and kind and more knowledgeable about things that I didn't even realize were connected to my sinus issues.He takes the time to explain everything so clearly. And doesn't make you feel silly for asking questions. The whole staff has been wonderful over the past year since my surgery. I highly recommend this office.

At a time when it feels like every doctor is rushing to get you in and out as fast as possible, my experience with Dr Rao was the opposite. He took time to explain everything to me, answer questions, and help me actually u seat and what was going on and how we were going to fix it. On top of that, he did it with a smile the whole time and was genuinely nice.
