Mr. rany tawfik Very kind and nice person and also very honest.
Difficult to get a hold of, doesn't understand basic policy questions and issues, office is hard to locate and not accessible during regular business hours. We finally gave up and now just call AllState directly. Bummed, we would love to have an agent we can actually communicate and build a rapport with.
