Terrible experience within 3 separate buildings for 8 years. The person who worked in billing claimed to be a property manager for 6 years or so - was better at communicating/understanding hardships than now. Maribel is not a hero & is very immature in her role. Show me the numbers you got to regarding my nearly $400 monthly lease rise you attempted. Show me what all units are paying as well. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE FIND ANOTHER RENTAL AGENT. I am happy to say I’m finally moving out of this hell hole. I have been dealing with floods, plumbing issues, bugs, and a dirty building since I moved in. The buildings are in terrible condition, hallways are disgusting. I am currently waiting on them to clean the human FECES out of my shower again. This is like the 10th time this year! Will include pictures. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. READ ALL REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUTHFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
