I found the front desk staff very kind and helpful, the nurse was nice and efficient, and the assistant was very helpful. I found the doctor sympathetic about my health issues and willing to listen to my concerns and respond honestly to my questions. I have a complex medical history and I appreciate that he took the time to read it prior to our first meeting. I am confident that he will take care of me competently for my colonoscopy scheduled in about 2 months. I appreciate the time he took with me as a patient.

Waited for a new patient appt. Arrived 30 mins early as they told us for a 10am appt. At 1020 after waiting patiently, I asked how much longer. At that point I was told that he was running behind, and there were 3 more patients ahead of us. They stated it could take another 20-30 mins per patient as they had some “complicated patients”!!! It is completely unacceptable to have patients wait hours past the appointment times just so doctors can overload their schedules to make MONEY!!!! These offices charge us money for no show... read more
