The staff & doctors here are dismissive and don't care. I made an appt for pre-colonoscopy appt and let them know I needed it unscented due to fragrance allergies. After my appt with PA I couldn't stand the smell in hall as there's dozens of toxic plug-ins. Days later I was told that they would not do my colonoscopy appt that I made because they will not remove the plugins and to find another doctor. I was supposed to have procedure with Dr. Pirikh and they said he nor any of the other doctors will see me due to my allergies... read more
I cannot get anyone to send me a patient ledger for services I have already paid for, and we need it to get our medical expenses reimbursed. The billing service has been outsourced and will not send the correct paperwork.

Dr. Nguyen is an outstanding GI doctor. He combines skill and knowledge with compassion and caring. He takes the extra time to answer any questions and wants to be sure to take in to account your entire health history. Truly the best in the area.

Dr. Singh is the best. Very gently, kind, and extremely reassuring in a difficult time. He is professional and his office staff is as well. I value his care beyond measure. I highly recommend him since he never hurries my appointment.

I was having intestinal problems with pain and was recommended by Urgent Care to go to a gastroenterologist. I looked online for one in the Cumming area that had the highest reviews and found Dr. Parikh. I was able to make a tele-med appointment (do to covid-19) with him within just a few days. was satisfied with dr. singh, but office staff leaves a lot to be desired. took three days just to schedule a follow-up appointment and then was given an appointment in the wrong time frame. as a result, will not go back. very disappointed as i was happy with dr. singh himself.
I had visit to Dr. Parikh 12-20-2019. He did very good service for me. It was follow up visit after endoscopy test. I had very good communication with very nice personality and good team.
