Untrustworthy company Worker from Rants plumbing came to replace a faulty valve. We were told he could only do a temporary fix and he would order the permanent and complete the job in 2 days. We called 2 days later and learned the part had not even been ordered. Whoever answered the phone was a smart aleck as if the whole process was our fault.Also, about 2 months ago, one of their other workers came to our other home and dented the garage door but did not say anything.
