From the desk clerk to the dentist, these are courteous and professionals in all they do. There are a dozen or more dentists within a few miles of my house but I prefer going to Ranson Dental.
I've been to a few dentists, it's always about getting you in and out. There is never someone to explain anything to you, what to expect, how to prevent it. However, when I started coming here it all changed. They show you how to improve your technique, what you're doing wrong and right, they guide you and teach you. To me that makes for a much better experience. I would definitely recommend to check them out. Especially if you're not a big fan of dentists, I think you will appreciate them even more.
Dr Pham and Erinn S are an amazing team. I barely felt the injections of lidocaine and didn’t feel the extraction at all. They constantly let me know what to expect and prepped me for all the possible outcomes. It was a very positive experience and I’m now looking forward to all future dental work with Ranson Dental and their staff!! Thank you with all of my heart Dr Pham and Erinn S!!!!
After dropping off a teenager for school, I was berated by a “Karen” employee for turning around in their EMPTY parking lot. Not a business I would recommend given the nastiness and entitled position of their employees. Sorry for ruining your day Karen but last I checked it wasn’t illegal to turn around in an empty parking lot. Hopefully you don’t call the authorities on the pizza boy or Uber eats for something so meaningless and find some happiness out there.
I was a referral from the VA and had one appointment so far. At checkout, I received an appointment card with my next appointment on 2/6/23 at 1pm. I called today to verify my appointment and was told my appointment is now on 2/27. I took time off of work and live 40 minutes away. Poor way of doing business. I contact the VA to refer me to a different practice.
