RecommendedGot 2 scooters for my girls the staff is very helpful and know their stuff really enjoyed the great customer service.
We got our boys scooters here 2 years ago. Took them in today to get them dialed in with new wheels and some accessories. We stayed for 2 hours! Rhys is so knowledgeable and kind. We just kept chatting. We will definitely be back! A family run business doing it the right way with loyalty and great customer service.
There is no service after the sale. No help at all with a scooter frame. When you call they don't answer, and their mailbox is full no way to leave a msg. When I finally got thru to someone they said to send them all the supporting documentation, which I did, but never heard back from them.
Awesome store with everything you need and they are so helpful!!!!!
The owner is such a cool guy. Spent a lot of time with my daughter, and after just 15 minutes with him she was able to land her flat ground tail whip. Great prices, amazing service. Definitely recommend!
What a great shop! We recently purchased a scooter there for my son’s birthday. They helped us to customize the PERFECT scooter! And what we were hoping for that they didn’t have, they ordered for us! Every person I had spoken to at the shop went above and beyond to make sure we were nothing short of completely satisfied. The owners are amazing people and I can’t express enough how happy I am with the scooter and our experience with them over all. Thank you for being awesome, Ransom Scooters!
