My 98-year-old father needed his heating fixed, so we called Ransom, and Mr. Ransom himself came by within a couple of hours. He went right to work and had the problem (dirty flame sensors) cleaned up within 30 minutes. So pleased with the friendliness and the quiet competence shown!
Good people. Have used them numerous times over the years they are always prompt and fair
They are short staffed and my air conditioning is still not working correctly. I called them back and waited 2 and a half weeks with no one coming my brother who is a professional HVAC guy came and looked at it and told me to call someone else.
