Bill is great. He does a thorough inspection and Keeps my Boiler in good repair. He has also taken the time to explain some of the maintenance issues that I can/need to do on my own.

Great experience. One of those times where someone shows up and you have no doubt he knows exactly what to do. In depth boiler service where he took apart and cleaned every piece and removed tons of built up sludge. Heat system is working great now, will be using them again in future.

We had another plumber come in to do other work and clear a slow drain. They left their snake in the pipe. We called Rainshaw to get this fixed. He came was very personable and professional. He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly. Highly recommend them.
