The team of technicians (Bill & Matt) were extremely professional. They replace my oil line and valve on the oil tank. As a purchasing agent I ask plenty of questions. They took the to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have recommended this company to my neighbor who is looking for a great company to replace her gas boiler.
We had another plumber come in to do other work and clear a slow drain. They left their snake in the pipe. We called Rainshaw to get this fixed. He came was very personable and professional. He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly. Highly recommend them.
I initially called Ranshaw per a neighbors recommendation and spoke with Anthony and another team member. Both were excellent on the phone and gave me confidence that they would send the right technician for my semi-unusual plumbing issue (turns out it wasn't actually that unusual- just a failed check valve). Always have great customer service with Ranshaw. Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came to do a tune up on my boiler. Incredibly professional and detailed oriented. He even recommended a chimney company for a cleaning inspection. Terrific service!
The team was fantastic, found out that my hot water heater had broken when I went to take a shower at 7.30am. Called and left a message on their emergency number, had a call back by 9.15am, someone onsite by 10.30am to assess the issue and the necessary replacement installed by 1.45pm all on the same day.
