Great customer service (the way it should be) Good pricing, assisted with setting up online account, returned calls in timely manner, friendly and professional. Site very secure and clean. Moving is no fun and the staff took a big load off our shoulder by just doing their job in a great way. Highly recommend to others.

I have been with Ranpac Self Storage for many years now. I have rented out 3 different sizes at different times. The staff are extremely helpful, respectful and professional at all times. They offer accessories / locks and keys if you need them, and I have never had any difficulty accessing my units. I would highly recommend them.
