I have used this company before successfully. I had them scheduled for service involving three different projects and when they did not show I contacted company. They said that they had me down for the NEXT day but that was incorrect because I had already scheduled a medical procedure for the next day. When Dan returned my call he indicated that his manger "never makes that mistake" and that I was rude. I, as customer, in business for over 35 yrs do not make such mistakes. No pressure whatsoever and very easy to talk to. He fit me in to his busy schedule and did an amazing job - Installing a cathedral light and an overhead microwave.
