This place is a disaster, everything leaks and overflows, The employee there isn't attentive or present ever! If you see her she's always talking on her cell , They never repair anything. People are loud , they raised the praised lowered the standards, now anyone can apply and move right in.. This place is a dumb, my husband actually found a bag of you know what in the parking lot !!! In the parking lot on the pavement!! DO NOT RECCOMEND not even for free !
This place hasn't improved at all , all they've done is stick a Band-Aid where stiches are needed.. They have raised the rates and haven't fixed anything. The newer lady is NEVER in the office , issues are NEVER resolved, tenants are always loud and disruptive, all over the place day, and night .The apartments are now not well lit so you have to use a flashlight at night to make sure you don't fall , or get hurt.. Im waiting on my lease is up then im out this dump... ive never heard of such bs where u gotta pay a fee just to pay your rent...on top of that my apt flooded twice n all they did was shampoo stankin rugs n we had to live in the smell. This place is tired n janky.
I had RATSSSSSS... MR RATS..they did nothin bout it.. i he just given birth to my son. Then lady tell me she never seen rat droppings before so she not sure what is is.... if u move here you will be missed . They give u no respect n no security an its flat out dirty.
Rankin Square Apartments are an absolute slum. the parking lot is brutal and their is a burned out apartment complex that is a complete eye sore. People have been shot here. As stated, a person would have to be absolutely desperate to live here. The apartments are so dusty due their decrepit age. The sidewalks flood when it rains. The bottom line is this, "Please do not stay here if you have the option." Oh yeah, the second floor of these apartment is like a oven during the summer.
U would have to be ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE TO LIVE IN THAT PLACE. maintenance & mgmt sux
