I had been with this company for about three years before finally switching everything over to Allstate, which saved me about $75 a month. The staff in this office consistently showed a lack of knowledge and professionalism. Throughout my time with them, the level of disrespect I experienced was unacceptable. Hunter has been extremely professional and very helpful as we explored insurance options. Definitely recommend.
This was the worst of the worst experience I have ever had !! As soon as she found out I was retired and only wanted liability she was quick to suddenly get hateful and say she didn't think she wanted my business. Sad very sad.
