i dont recommend them.at all. i lived there and didnt have any probkems with them at first they was more than willing to work with me and my fiancee while we was going through some financial problems until i was called into the office one day and asked why i have black people coming in and out of my home. so i was evicted due to the fact that i was 1 month yes month behind on lot rent now mind you that was never and issue UNTIL they saw i had black people in my home so this was deffinetly a racial issue. Terrible customer service! The office staff is ridiculous and they don’t want to work with you on anything! I️ will take my business else where!
Apparently you have to be a drug dealer live off the system or have a 800 credit score to rent a lot off them. Just a ordinary person with credit of 608 to 640 get turned away. Beware
