RecommendedI was introduced to Rankin Animal Clinic when I adopted a kitten one of their employees had rescued. The care they took with her as well as myself made me decide to make Rankin my choice for my new kitten and other two animals. I also convinced my Mom to make Rankin her new vet home as well. They are nothing short of awesome and never make me feel like I’m bothering them when I have silly questions!

I drive past at least 8 vet clinics to get to Rankin...it’s further away from me but I feel it’s the finest in the area. We just moved here and went through much research to find Rankin. Love the vets. Highly recommend
I want to say how much my wife Robin and I love Dr. Ann and her staff. We lost one of our fur babies today, "Bromley" who we have had for 12 years. Dr Ann has always shown so much compassion and love for our dogs over the years which means the world to us. Robin and I thought about moving back to Mississippi to be closer to our kids and grandkids but we couldn't stand the thought of leaving Dr Ann so we're still here in Fairhope! Just took both our boys in for their annual exams and shots. Dr Rankin and her tech were both amazingly kind and patient with our high anxiety pups. I truly felt like they absolutely received the best Vet care ever! Everything from scheduling to appointment time to billing was perfect!
Kaiti Jane is feeling better after her trip to the emergency vet Friday night. After an exam and x-rays ruled out anything really scary, it was determined she had somehow strained a muscle in her back and for awhile it was really painful. But a bunch of meds made quick work of alleviating the pain and she started feeling better quite quickly. But I'd like to give a shout-out to Dr. Rankin in Fairhope who was the on-call vet for Colony. Wow, what an awesome lady! So kind, gentle and competent. And her clinic is super-nice too... read more

Dr. Ann and her entire team are very skilled at what they do and I’ve never been to a vet with such compassion and loving care towards the animals and their humans. I used to drive over an hour for vet visits, but now live in Fairhope. So, as long as I am within driving distance— I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER VET!
Dr. Ann has been our vet for almost 20 years. She has seen my dogs from their first set of puppy shots to the end, helping them cross the rainbow bridge. Her compassion is unwavering and everyone at the clinic goes above and beyond. If you want a vet that listens to your concerns and loves your animals like their own, this is your place.
