My first visit with Dr Shetty was more than I could have hoped for. He was attentive and empathetic, I felt heard and encouraged. His kindness shows!!! Thank you for a great experience.
Dr Shetty was very professional. He took time to listen to my needs. I never felt rushed with him.
I saw Dr. Shetty at North West Cardiology - there was a crowded small waiting room, with patients double-booked at the same time for the same physicians. A medical assistant who did not introduce herself, took me into a treatment room and ran an EKG. Dr. Shetty did not perform a thorough cardiac evaluation. And contrary to branding himself as caring about patients as individuals, when I stated I would not do a test with radioactive dye, he essentially ended the conversation.
