The doctor was very helpful and patient took her time to provide a great explanation. On the other hand the front desk individual who took care of me for my glasses was not so friendly or helpful. It felt as if all my questions were a bother I stood calm and focused but I wish she would have been more helpful. A simple smile goes a long way. Great experience Dahlia was a great help
This was my 5 year olds first time and it was a great experience. Very patient staff/Doctor and everything went smoothly.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. As soon as we walked in they started my husband's appointment even though we were a little early. Dr Jager was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Denise and Dahlia were very helpful advising and picking a frame and also offered a deal on a second pair.
