This doctor cares about one thing-MONEY! He never sees his patients and doesn't even know our name. He's rude to staff and patients. Don't be in a hurry when you go there because wait times are usually 4 hours and then you stull don't get your medicenes. This place has only two staff who show they care about clients there Nicoletta and Clint. They are kind and take the time to help.

Charak has been the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life. I went to prison instead of stopping doing drugs. This center in Mentor made me want to stop doing drugs. I have no family. I changed doctors,only because my previous one was an hour away. I thought he was more convenient with being only 10 min from my job. I was wrong. The bare minimum wait with an appointment is 45 min, and only if you are private pay and only if yoy complain. He makes every excuse for it, but it never changes. I felt like a guinea pig with all the meds he kept changing me to, although I was already on a prescription that worked very well.
