Rent keeps increasing every year and that doesn't even include that they charge for sewage. On the letter we received for 2025 rent increase, they say "Please know that we do not take rent increases lightly, but we believe this increase will allow us to continue to work to improve the community and serve you better while preserving affordable housing." There really should be no star!!! Worst place since new Management and they do nothing!!! Very filthy there is no maintenance workers, Please don’t ask the new manager she will lie ask the people that live here.
