I just moved to Range view , Huge thanks to Kai & Victoria. They both have been is incredibly friendly, respectful , and I can tell they genuinely care about the residents. They’ve been so helpful with the move-in process and are always available to answer questions or solve any issues. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a high standard here, and that really makes a difference. Thank you
Rent keeps increasing every year and that doesn't even include that they charge for sewage. On the letter we received for 2025 rent increase, they say "Please know that we do not take rent increases lightly, but we believe this increase will allow us to continue to work to improve the community and serve you better while preserving affordable housing." Why are the roads not taken cared of then? Some roads have gravel for the ice and some roads don't. The paper also says late payments after the 7th will be charged $50 but why... read more
