This was the roofing company for a "roof leak fix" through American Home Shield. When Jessie called he wanted to make the appointment for 8 AM the next day. I agreed and rearranged my schedule to fit his timeline. It is now nearly 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time. He has not shown up. I have called from two different phones. Hate to do this but after several attempts to call and contact Jessie he never shows up to his scheduled appointments and is horrible about communicating, unfortunately have to file a lawsuit to get my money back.
Customer service is nice, but actual work is abhorrent. Called for a roof repair and his "fix" actually made the problem worse. Didn't have correct materials, used fasteners from other parts of roof to fasten his fix, leaving holes in the roof and parts of roof paneling unsecured. Would not recommend.
