Tried to get them to come out and give an estimate. They set an appointment with me but never showed. When I finally could get them on the phone they said they came by a day earlier to look at it. That wasn't our agreement. I wanted to be there. Then the kid says time for vittles, gotta go. Ttyl I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible communicator. Was never told that technicians were behind and couldnt meet time windows. Techs were DAYS late and expected me to be home with little to no notice of arrival date/time. The work done on multiple leaks was done incorrectly and another tech was forced to return 2 months later. His work eventually FAILED also. I also tried to schedule a date and time for someone to come look at my home because I wanted to build a new front porch. When the crew arrived they finished the job in 1/2 the time expected. Cleaned up all debris and best of all, no more leaks! Thank you!

We just wanted to take time to thank Ranger & Associates with Kirk Dustin for the quick and professional job they provided in putting a new roof on our home. We have been very pleased with their workmanship as well as there clean up when the job was completed. We are enjoying the upgrade and are considering new gutters as well. Thank you Ranger and Assciates. We would highly recommend their services.
