Mustache dude is so sassy over the phone if he doesn’t like his job why is he working there ?? He’s so Miserable and has a nasty attitude… and in person it’s worse he shouldn’t act like he “better “ than anyone cause he’s not ! Also maintenance took forever had no power in my room for 6 days straight … so yeah so many issues kids leave behind trash , snack rappers behind and it’s just not pleasant to get home and find a whole bunch of trash outside …. Do better
So I called in and explained everything to the manager and they said okay come in on this day to take a look at one of our units! So I did and when I got there and showed him the email and told him about my income he never showed me the unit and just said sorry for wasting your time!! Called in to check on my application a week ago. The guy in the office "Trevor" or "Travis" didn't even bother to say his name on the call found out days latter through an email, was VERY RUDE and Moody. Didn't give me an update at all his excuse was that "THEY HADNT GONE THROUGH APPLICATIONS YET" mind you this apartment is move in ready. En mi percepción de verdad con la antigua administración habia mas compromiso y responsabilidad, en las necesidades e inconvenientes que a uno como residente del complejo se le presentaban. lol I see why you guys said the staff sucks. Time to get mustache guy out of there, he is bad at his one job. While generally rude behavior by apartment staff is not illegal, it crosses the line into illegality if it constitutes illegal harassment, discrimination, or retaliation. Staff may not verbally threaten, sexually harass, or treat tenants unfairly based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, gender, disability)
