This company should be ashamed of how they are running business at 2505 Carroll street. For three years I’ve been stuck at this Multi-unit building with MOLD and mildew. Floors are rotting out. A terrible humidity issue with the building they refuse to fix. Not only my business/unit - but all of them! You barely get a response from MARK or anyone in that office. Currently leasing building on spring garden st Bonafide Barberstylist. Leasing agent had a great attitude was very descriptive and polite. I felt no pressure in making my decision. I think that's how should be handled
