My experience in the last few months has been very encouraging. I go to my sessions with my Personal trainer and find that each session is different all working towards encouraging your efforts to achieve your goals. There is very clear demonstrations of the various exercises and routines by my trainer and the focus is on technique and doing things to achieve optimal effects and benefits.
