I went in last week to get an oil change and car wash. My complaint is that an oil change employee acted as though he'd never seen the pop out plastic piece on the drain plug. It does take a special tool to detach but is not rare. He even called the owner over to observe it; and both told me they couldn't possibly change my oil, and think whoever had done so last time had purposefully put in some damaging piece.
