Ranganathan has really helped me out big time. He is the best and caring doctor and has helped me out so much. I've been 1 year and half now and I'm seizure free thanks to him. If anyone need seizure help he is definitely the guy to go to.
I am very satisfied with my care the medication is helping me. I am doing better thanks to Dr Ranganthan's care. Very patient and understanding . My care has been excellent.

Very poor dr.schedules appointments but he stays at the hospital till 2 or 3 pm even though theres patients waiting at his office since 10am. And he keeps running tests. Wont tell u the results. Needs to loose his licences. Piece of work is what he is...
Why does he not hire a PA or another physician? I cannot believe the wait time to be seen! Every visit is over a 3 hour wait time and too difficult for those with medical disabilities to be expected to wait. Beyond disgusted!
This place takes 3+ hours for appointments. They allow people who come in hours after you to go before you. They are not very efficient. They schedule appointments for times the doctor isn't even here! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any health care provider in my life.
This Dr is one the absolute WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. He is the type of Dr that thinks that YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING about yourself. My dad was treated at SRMC and got released today, but not in any part, thanks to this QUACK. He is rude. He is ridiculous. Stay away from him.
he does too many test, MRI's, CT's and x-rays. wait time exceeds 4 hours, and waiting room is small, full of people until 8:00 PM
My husband was sent by squad from Springfield VA for possible stroke. Dr. Ranganathan saw him and said it could possibly be Myastenia Gravis and they would start IVIG and Mestinon. My husband thought he was having heart attack symptoms so they discontinued IVIG and next dose of Mestinon. My husband's eye would barely open. So Dr. Ranganathan started Mestinon at 2 p.m. by the time he came in hospital about 3:30 my husband had no eye droopiness and medicine is working. I am forever grateful
