Placed an order with this outfit. They provided a shipping lead-time and I called a week prior to their proposed ship date just to hear that they had questions about the order and needed more information. Their customer service is beyond terrible in getting answers. So I ordered parts directly from manufacturer and they are shipping within 5 days and were several hundred dollars less than Raney's.
I run a business in ny ordered my parts for a customer called raneys to make sure parts are in stock and was told yes,i got some parts one day some the next some there days later and still no parts called to see where they are was told there now on back order.till next year 2021
