Fantastic service from Rob! Great communication from start to finish, fair pricing, Rob came out on a friday diagnosed my problem with my ice machine and was back out on the following Monday to install the part. Highly recommend Raney Appliance.
Our freezer and fridge were not cooling, we were in a pinch since we had to keep our babies milk cool, they were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule. We truly appreciate them! Rob found the problem and was quick to fix!

Our Samsung dryer stopped working after being very dependable for five years. We believed the issue was the heating element. We decided to give Raney Appliance Service the chance to help fix our dryer. They were very transparent about their process and pricing over the phone, and we really liked the idea of working with a family business. Called to make appointment and office help was more than helpful. Owner came for repair. Was rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Did not fix my dryer and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. If I could give negative stars, they are definitely deserving.
