Nick Jubran did me wrong as a selling agent. As as highly excited buyer to 21 Upper Ridge Cres, Brampton I waived the financing and inspection as i got it done. Minor deficiencies in the property was requested to fix, but no response was given back, and then the 4 DAY condition was up. Next day I called Nick directly and not thru my agent and he stated that I didnt get financing and the deal didnt go thru because of that. Im so confused.
