The lab tech was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable despite her worries of receiving numbing drops for the eyes. Dr. Anne Ranelle was very detailed at explaining the issues my daughter had and she was very friendly as well. She gave me a printout explaining everything going on with my daughter’s eyes and the procedures that took place for that appointment; which was a plus. Its a really good place to go to get your eyes checked.
Be ready to wait! It was my first time here and I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. My 2 year old was referred here we should up 15 minutes early making sure we got there early to sign papers as required. We were called in to the back, she got some drops put in her eyes to dilate them and were told to wait about 30 minutes.
