terrible conditions. Expensive. Maintenance is not good
Terrible floors loose in some areas. Unacceptable. consider changing a floor or building new buildings
If I could give this management zero i would. No sound proof in the building noisy neighbors who I have complained about for years and management does nothing called 311 who says they will investigate and they also do nothing. They refuse to fix things in the apts and lobby smells foul with roaches and spiders in apt. Management speaks to you in a rude manner and never around when you need them. Illegal activities by some tenants, illegal parking, very disturbing and noisy neighbors, last year's very disturbing renovations, illegal withdrawal of extra money for the last rental month of the year.
I live at 195. Terrible building lots if break ins into cars. Renting units where 10 people live in the unit. Noisy neighbour's terrible building
