Incredibly disappointing experience trying to arrange a pest control service for bed bugs discovered in our apartment at 20 Gamble Ave. The distinct lack of urgency and professionalism is almost laughable. The property manager is unreachable and whomever is acting in place as management is either part time or wronged in the head for outright ignoring messages and emails by citing they are not available/on site that day. The managment doesn'r care about the tenants. Once they received your monthly payment, you're on your own. This apartment building is a place where homeless people always come and hide and no one shows up whenever we called the security. We have called the managemnet to fix the problem but heard no response from them. There is no access door going to the garage from the inside of the building. You have to enter in the main car entrance which is very slippery during winter season. I will not recommend this place to anyone... read more
