Their treatments work, but their customer service is so bad that I can no longer deal with this company EVER! They can not keep track of their accounts & payments. They don't come out when they say they will. When you pay them, nearly every time they call back saying they have no payment from you or the next time you need service a year later they are trying to collect payment from you making it a hassle. they accept credit cards, but get angry when you don't want to pay by check or cash. I've been using them for over 5 years. I called them since I didn't want to manage my grass. Now, My grass is greener than my neighbors. After my grass improved, I asked them to help me with my trees, since they were dying. My trees are now beautiful. Full of flowers and growing. I'm very very pleased with their product. And everyone is great to talk to.
