This is a shame. You can’t find honest, good business out there often. I took my 95 Ford Ranger Splash to Randy's Tire and Lube in Lugoff this morning for an oil change. When I picked it up there was a fresh dent in the left front fender, right next to their greasy fingerprints. Randy denied all responsibility and refused to pay for it. This is after I explained to him that I just bent over that same fender this morning to attach jumper cables and know the dent wasn't there. I hope Randy likes being made famous!
Have to say I am highly disappointed with Randy’s. I have taken my vehicles to him many times throughout the years but my most recent visit caused me to go more times than I cared for and I will NEVER go back. Originally took my car bc it was pulling to the right, they did an alignment, find out didn’t need an alignment and I needed new tire instead... I bought 2 new tires from them. Had to go back bc my steering wheel was shaking excessively bc they didn’t balance the tires and the tire pressure sensor light stayed on.... t... read more

I would like to Thank Randys Tire and Lube....I needed a new battery on my Toyota Rav and they realized it had a 5yr warranty and I only had it for a year and half and recommended I take it to the Toyota dealer because it would save me money and they were right( 120.00 dollars right) !! They could have told me I needed a new battery and just replaced it!! They were looking out for me and I truly appreciate that! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Very nice place. Good price for used tires. They move very fast. The work is good quality as well.
